Choose two walls in the gym that are a different type of terrain. Start with the most challenging terrain for you. Begin this circuit by climbing every yellow problem on both walls, then every problem of each following color (in order of difficulty) in the Bouldering Project climbing circuit.

The goal is to try every problem on the wall. You have a maximum of three attempts on each.

Begin with minimal rest in between problems; as the problems become more difficult, increase your rest time to ensure quality attempts are made.


By trying all the boulders, you may surprise yourself at how many boulders you can do. Don’t be intimidated by the color of the boulder, just try your hardest and take notes of your process.
