Select a circuit color in which you can comfortably top 90 percent of the boulder problems. Move through the circuit by attempting each problem until you have topped it twice. Aim to double down 10-15 problems, and allow at least one minute of rest in between attempts.
Record the number of attempts taken to double down each problem, and the quality of your attempts.
Pay as much attention as possible to your breathing as you rest. Avoid making attempts while your breathing is heavy.
This circuit will help you manage your effort while working familiar moves—a valuable skill when projecting.
