Select 3-4 problems that you have attempted but not yet topped. Limiting yourself to 15 minutes per problem, try to top all of your problems. If you top a boulder problem in one attempt, add another to your rotation. Aim for 2 minutes of rest after each attempt.

Record the color and terrain of each problem, whether or not you topped it, and how many attempts you gave.

TIPS:

Improve your recovery by removing your shoes and drinking water between attempts.Aim to increase the maximum effort that you are putting into a project in a session.
