Kristy aka Garage Gym Girl’s bodyweight and handstand training is coming to SBP. This workshop is a mix of one-on-one and group coaching, and will focus on getting upside down (and back on your feet) safely and finding your balance everytime you kick up.

If you are new to this training, you’ll acquire everything you need to get started. If you are an experienced handbalancer, you’ll build on the basics to achieve advanced variations!
